Many of you have already gained a first impression of our new grinding technology at recent trade fairs.

The development was guided by a clear objective: to provide a new generation of grinding tools that combine performance, process stability, and ease of disposal within one integrated concept.
In practical use, this is reflected in higher material removal rates, extended service life, and stable grinding conditions, even in demanding applications.

Another key focus was disposal. Although the product is classified as hazardous waste, the bond formulation was optimized in such a way that the disposal process has been significantly simplified in practice, eliminating the risk of inquiries or rejections from waste management providers.

In addition, sustainability and occupational health considerations were taken into account throughout the entire process chain. From manufacturing to disposal, the environmental footprint has been reduced, while minimizing exposure and strain for employees on both sides of the process.

The result is a new generation of abrasives that offers a combination of process performance, ease of handling, and environmental benefits that has not previously been available in this form within its class.
