- 1880 | Foundation of the company Theodor Leisse und Falke products: charcoal
- 1924 | Ceramically bonded grinding tools included in the product range (birth of the THELEICO brand)
- 1935 | Development of synthetic resin bonded grinding tools
- 1955 | Acquisition of a 1,500-tonne press for grinding tools up to 1,050 mm in diameter – Modernisation of all presses
- 1987 | Extension of the oven capacity with environmentally friendly exhaust gas purification
- 1996 | Production area increased by 50% to 6,000 m² – certification under ISO 9001
- 1998 | Expansion of the press capacity for grinding tools up to 1,100 mm in diameter 2001 New administration building erected – OSA membership
- 2008 | Production area extended to 7,500 m² 2011 Acquisition of the neighbouring land. Extension of the production area and administration building
